Upcoming work: refurbishment of footbridge

Next month, Chichester District Council (CDC) will be making vital repairs to the wooden public footbridge that goes over South Pond.

South Pond - Wooden Bridge Repair (April 2026)

Contractors will be carrying out this work from 13th – 21st April, 2026. During this time, the path will be closed. There is an alternative route around the pond along Chichester Road.
